"What materials are HAYAIKA bags made of?"

HAYAIKA bags are made from leftover paper stock, magazines, and catalogs. Our collection also includes bags with leather components (leather caps made from 100% cowhide), some with plastic handles, metallic elements, and a weather-resistant, stability-enhancing protective plastic cover. Our long-term goal is to replace these recently mentioned and complementary bag elements with sustainable alternatives. We are already conducting long-term testing on alternative, sustainable products, which, if successful, will replace our bag elements.

“How do I care for my HAYAIKA bag?”

Use a soft, dry cloth (cotton or microfiber) to remove any water and dirt that may have come into contact with the bag in the rain. Due to the material used, the bag should never be cleaned with damp or wet cloths.

"How do I store my HAYAKA bag?"

Your selected HAYAIKA bag will be delivered in a custom-made satin pouch with logo embroidery, which is ideal for storing the bag as well as for separate use.

"What color is my HAYAKA bag?"

Our collections are diverse and vary in color depending on the materials used. Our creations include both solid-colored and colorful HAYAIKA bags. For bags with different color schemes, the dominant colors are listed in the respective product descriptions. Due to this variability, slight color and size deviations may occur.

“How do I cancel my order?”

You can cancel items or orders that aren't yet in the shipping process at any time. Simply send us an email to info@myharika.de. Once your order is in the shipping process, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

“How do I handle returns?”

Declare your cancellation via email to 'info@myharika.de.de'. You will then receive the return slip via email or can download it from the shop. You must fill it out and include it in your package. You will also receive a voucher with a credit note to order your new HAYAIKA bag from the shop. Pack the HAYAIKA carefully, ideally in the original box (not mandatory) with the HAYAIKA bag and the cushioning material.
